  The owner and installation guys were friendly, helpful, and professional. They did the work they said they'd do, on time, accommodated our requests without question, and the owner even stopped by a few times to check on our satisfaction and how the work was progressing. Our new floors are beautiful. It's like living in a brand-new home. For those on the fence about who they want to install their new floors, keep this in mind: Even though going local might wind up costing you a fraction more than going with a big retailer like Lowes, you're supporting a business in your town and getting a personal touch that you just can't get anywhere else. The people are easy to get hold of when you need them and treat you like a person, not just another number. Excellent service and one completely pleased customer here! Thanks again!
