  I have repeatedly had problems maintaining my five prescriptions at this pharmacy. The manager was able to have all five prescriptions renew at the same time, however, the staff has difficulty in reading/processing my scripts. They continually fill my 90 day scripts with a 30 day refill, which instead of having three refills through 12/2017, i now get to run to the pharmacy monthly! Go figure . It can also necessitate my having to contact the doctor's office again for my 90 day scripts. Moreover, to fill prescriptions monthly costs more versus paying the Express Script 90 renewal price. I've on three occasions addressed this issue. On numerous occasions they cannot fill the full prescription which ultimately changes dates on refills, thereby making refillable on different days, which keeps me running to the pharmacy. I am handicapped and am beginning to have mobility issues which this is creating for me a great difficulty. On this last occasion, the manager stated my prescription was cancelled, but she couldn't tell by whom. Then I was told my insurance company cancelled. I immediately phoned said insurance company and was told they cannot access Walmart ' s system. Back to the staff. There is some underlying problem which I cannot pinpoint. Overall, the staff is very kind, but there are inherent deficiencies here. It is not my desire to cast anyone in a bad light, but my patience has been tried one too many times.
